DescriptionThe In-Lite Disc Light Head to be used as a wall light or for a bollard. The low voltage in-lite® DISC lights shine a soft, warm ambient light in a 360° halo around the fittings, with the light source facing the either the ground or the wall to reduce glare and decrease outward light pollution. WALL LIGHT: This beautiful effect really stands out when used on walls, fences and entranceways. The in-lite® BASE 1 is required (sold separately), which is easily assembled together with the light head on site. The base ensures a secure installation. These low voltage wall lights are compatible with the in-lite® TOUCH DIMMER wall switch which has a choice of 5 brightness levels that can be cycled through, ranging from full brightness to completely turned off.There is also a mains voltage version of the DISC WALL light available that does not require the in-lite® system and as such can be mixed and matched with other lights of your choosing. Unlike the 12v in-lite® fixtures though, these do require installation by a certified electrician.BOLLARD LIGHT: A great option for both lighting planting when nestled in borders and beds, as well as lighting path or deck areas. When the bollard/tubes (sold separately) are puchased the bollards come with spikes to easily fix into soft ground and with brackets, screws and plugs to surface mount them.Each 12v in-lite® fitting features an LED with a 25,000 hour lifetime, giving you the peace of mind that they are built to last for years to come. They are covered under warranty for 5 years when used with the in-lite® system. Each light is supplied with one of their EASY-LOCK connectors for easily connecting to anywhere on the chosen in-lite® CBL 12v cable. The fitting is then easily connected to the EASY-LOCK using the push-fit connection. The cable length between the EASY-LOCK and the light fitting can be easily extended by up to 3m using the CBL-EXT CORDs cable extensions.Installation value: 4.90 VANote: When calculating the total transformer load within an in-lite® system it is crucial to add up the total VA rating rather than the wattage due to power losses.
