Tasting Notes Domaine de la Motte’s Chablis Vieilles Vignes is produced from vines that are 50 years old or more. The lower yields allow a concentration of aromas and an exceptional roundness in the mouth. It goes perfectly with regional cheeses, such as Epoisse or Soumaintrain. It is a very rich wine that can be kept for a long time, which will delight lovers of old Chablis.Cellaring : 5 to 10 years Critic Ratings Decanter – 92 points (2018 Vintage)Adrien Michaud is among the best young growers in Chablis, making wines that deliver flavour as well as outstanding value. This old-vine generic Chablis, based on fruit from nearby Beines, is rich, spicy and herbal with a hint of oak, plenty of texture and intensity and just a touch of wood. Shows the ripeness of the vintage, but remains in balance.
